  I went to T-Mobile thinking that I wouldn't be able to switch from my old carrier (because of pricing). I went in and was immediately greeted by Sabrina who was not only knowledgeable but also extremely friendly. She helped me to get my my new phone & one for my mom at a VERY good price. This was in December. I'm very pleased with my phone & my service! I would definitely recommend T-Mobile to any of my friends! Thanks Sabrina for being so awesome!!!

  We were here for about 5 hours. This staff worked their asses off to help us switch to t mobile. Excellent customer service! It took a long time, but they did everything and then some to help us out. Never using ATT again.
